My packet didnt arrive on time and it is missing
Dear hermes team
eventhough i read all that complains about Hermes Logistik i still trusted and sent my packet with you. And now, i get a message that Mondial Relay couldnt find the adress. Like all other customers had the same problem in Portugal.
It has been already so late, in your homepage you say people that it will deliver between 2 and 5 days and it has been 8 days and i cant find my packet anymore. He will leave that place in few days.So tell me what to do! All customers are complaining about that. Tell me please, how to find my box, how long will it take to deliver.It has no meaning if i need to write around and call that hotline, and what will happen if my friend wont be in that place anymore!
