Complaint about gearbox
To whom it may concern
dear sir/madam
ı am writing to you from Turkey. I have 2013 year model 5.25 x Drive Sedan car and I am writing this letter of request about the gearbox failure in my car. I have always had my car fixed in Bmw Service (Borusan)
For a short time ago, I was having a trip with my family and the it had a failure suddenly in the blindness of the night. I was helpless and there was no service in the city ı was crossing so ı had to call tow truck from another city and it cost me an arm and a leg
Despite 15 days since the failure, my car hasnt been fixed yet.In the service they said 80% of the repair cost would be met but later on I was told this rate would be 60%.
For 15 days, my car is in the service and ı have been paying for a rent car by which I am surviving. Service suggests that the failure is not the user's mistake so ı want a full cost payment of the failure. I have had enough problems already because of this failure and its complications and ramifications
