I bought a SCHARDT Kinderbett Felice on Windeln website and I noticed that there were missing spare parts. On August 3rd I contacted Customer Services and once again on Aug 8th. On Aug 12th I received an e-mail saying that the manufacturer was contacted but there was no precise date to solve the issue. On 16th I was informed that the missing spare parts were to be delivered by the end of month of August. On 31st August I was contacted again asking for more patience and again with no specific date to solve the problem. After that I tried to contact the Customer Services again a couple of times but no solution so far.
I am really disappointed because I bought the crib in April to make sure it would be ready for my baby before September. However she was ALREADY BORN THIS WEEK with no crib in her bedroom. It is just unacceptable.
P.S.: In the meanwhile I had to buy a temporary crib because of all this problem. Now I am sick and tired to figth against Windeln and I just want my money back.
