Seit dem Tod meines Mannes habe ich versucht, das Konto für unsere Website auf meinen Namen zu ändern. Die Situation ist heikel geworden
After the death of my husband, I wrote to DF for at least 8 months. I sent them their death certificate at least 8 times. All I get is an e-mail in which I have to give them all the information already contained in the death certificate, and I have to fill in a form they never sent me. The city council assures me that everything a business needs is a death certificate.
I could do it all online if I could change the password online, but I cannot do it because DF has given the date of birth incorrectly. I have been calling and writing by e-mail for over 8 months and DF does not seem to care.
We have overhauled this hamster wheel for at least 8 months, maybe a year. Soon, because of the updates that I cannot make and they refuse to do that for me, my website will not work. But they have no problem taking my money. My last letter to her is:
"I've been writing to you for over a year, my husband, K. S., whose name is in this account, died suddenly in February 2018.
I sent you lots of e-mails and documentation, but I did not receive an answer. I need to update many elements to pick the current dite, including the PHP version, but I cannot.
If you are unable or unwilling to resolve this matter, please let me know and I will go somewhere else. Otherwise, please correct your mistakes so that I can continue to be your customer. "
I always get the same E-Mail in return, asking me to fill in a form I sent next. No help, no worries, no customer service, no recognition of a problem and for this reason I cannot even switch to another provider. I did not have to go through so much trouble to change anything else, and as a still grieving widow, I find that obviously offensive. Where is the concern for the customer?
