Receive an old car with full damages inside and outside

I booked (Voucher Nr. 310818400) the car from your company because i heared that you are a good company for rent a car but what happened to me yesterday in Antalya airport was very terrible.
The man whose sitting in the disk in Antalya airport told me that i booked an old car and this will not written because I booked online and he can give me a new one if I paid him in cash 60,00€ Euro otherwise he will give me the old one. I refused what he demanded from me because I know this money will be in his pocket and I asked him to give me the car, he called the worker whose bringing the car and told him with turkish language (he didn’t know that I can understand this language) that he must be unhelpful with me because I didn’t pay him.
They let me with my family waiting for this car for 3 hours from 9:25 p. m till 12:30 a. m, as i discussed with this worker about delay and about this car which was with full damages inside and outside he was very angry and he want to fight with me but a civil man stopped him. Then I took this car because I didn’t have another choice and also because I was and my family very tired.
I write to you what happened to me and my family yesterday because such workers will be a danger for your company. Please I need your answer very quickly and i need another car because like I write hier also there are damages inside the car and the one window can not open.
