Global Logistic d. o.o. no shipping from our goods after payment

We ordered the transport and shipping for 7 containers at the company Global Logistic. We get an invoice for all costs (transport, custom clearance, sea freight, etc.) and paid before for all this services (about 10.000,00€)! In the beginning they send a wrong invoice (sea freight was confirmed in USD, and now in Euro) -pay attention on their invoices - always mistakes!

The Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. was very unreliable. We and the company confirmed dates and times for arriving the container in written, but never the Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. send container in time, somedays even no transport and our workers are waiting! One day the Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. send 2 container on the same time around one hour before end of the working time - so impossible for us to load it on the same time (working time until 17:00). The Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. does what they want but not what was agreed and confirmed.

So after the 7 container we decided to choose another company (dsv) which was the best decision, because nothing goes wrong like before.

But we made the mistake and choose the Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. for the first 7 container and prepaid all costs (transport, sea freight, custom clearance, etc.) after they recived the payment the Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. in koper send only 4 from the 7 container and present us an other invoice for around 2000,00€ that we have to pay! on the invoice are costs for transport, that they not made, waiting time because of the fault of Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. and so on. We said, that we will not pay these invoice, because all costs are made by themselves.

Global Logistic d. o.o. – A. D. said to us, that he will not send the 3 left container and will put our goods in waste, also he will not send any documents for the 4 container that are already sended and also say to the vessel company, that they can also put our goods in waste! We never had such an unserious transport company like that.

We decided first to offer to pay the 1620,00€ because we will recive the container soon and clear that issue but now they said to us, that we have to pay again something more! Use a serious company, don't pay anything in advance!
