Driver didn't open the door

I would like to file a complaint with the driver who was on bus route 834.
On 29.10.22, I was at the Hauptbahnhof and wanted to take the bus towards Belsenplatz at 9:10. By the time I got to the side of the bus, the driver got out. I was on time, he could have just opened the door, but he pretended he didn't see me, even though I was standing in front of the bus door. And I repeat: I was on time.
I don't know how you keep such a person at work, since it's clear he doesn't like what he does and has no empathy for anyone who depends on public transport. This is not the first time I have gone through this, but this time I couldn't stand it and had to complain, because I pay a good monthly fee for this service and I wasn't asking this gentleman for any favors.
I hope you will adopt a better training/working conditions/personnel management policy, so we, customers, don't have to go through this.
