Sorry, aber ich muss mich in einer komfortableren Sprache beschweren:
The package apparantly arrived on time on the 16th of April: the deliverer mixed up my first name with my family name (what should be my first name between Lorenzo and Guerrasio seems to me not hard to guess. and in case, checking BOTH would be a smart idea).
From that point on, the package went in a sort of balk hole. I called your service and described the situation, hoping to get the package sent again. For more than 10 days I did not know where the package was; I had to call the Sender, so that he could ask where the package was, at least, this is what it has been told to me in one of the several calls with your call service.
First off, I do not understand why I should not be able to trace the package or request a search, but this has to be done by the sender. Secondly, I now discover that in this days, the package was in a retail center near where I live and the status says "The recipient has not picked up the shipment from the retail outlet within the seven-day storage period"! How could I know that the shipment was there if no one tells me?
Now the package has been again shipped back and shall be again shipped to me, ad I have to cross the finger that when the deliverer comes to my place, he finds my name AND I am at home, not under the shower or out of the balcony.
For a service which I pay (and not little money) I find it very disappointing.
Wir haben DHL angerufen: das letzte, was man hören will, sind Ausrede: eine sehr unfreündlich Ansprechpartner hat versucht eine Ausrede (vielleicht habt ihr die Türklingen nicht gehört.) und nix gemacht. Ich habe 2 Woche gewartet und 12 Eure bezahlt, ich finde´s ungeheurlich.
