I've got Telefunken D32H182N3C TV with defect which only occures when TV is connected to LAN.
I have sent to LetMeRepair the detailed description.
They can not identify defect even when I supplied them with video with clearly seen defect.
They examined the same device two times and both times just recommened to check cable connections, while it's pretty obvious thet the roblem is not in connections but in device itself.
I consider this as very formal and unprofessional.

the relevant TV was at LetMeRepair GmbH two times for service.
The error description was, that it looses the connection to the network after 5 to 15 minutes if it is connected to LAN.
In the period of 5 to 15 minutes it swithces back to the normal TV-mode.
The TV was conncected to several LANs and the claimed error did not occure within 1,5 days during the first service case or 2 days during the second service case.
So it worked normally and there was nothing that could be repaired.
If an assumed malfunction/defect only occurs in one place and is not traceable in a dfferent location on similar preconditions, it is not related with the respective device.
I apologize for the inconvenience but there is no defect on the TV so there is nothing that could be repaired.

Also I found that you probably tested TV with SCART input, while I use satellite input. May be it matters.
Also I tested that wavelan device with two PC's. They worked hours without any problems.
And anyway it's strange that TV resets depending on anything happening on the LAN input
