I ordered flowers for my wife in Frankfurt on valentine's day 2017. I filled in the address of my wife's company according to the website of floraprima, on which the company name is not mandatory. The user-interface of their website was misleading the customers, because when the customers see the company name was not mandatory, they simply ignore it. And the website never reminded the customers to write down the company name.

Eventually my wife received nothing on valentine's day because the company name was missing. I wrote to floraprima but they only offered to deliver a new one if I pay 50% more of the previous price. But valentine's day has passed and it does not make sense for me to pay more and deliver the flowers again.
Now it seems that they are not writing back to me anymore. Their silience says, I either pay 50% more to get a new delivery or my wife get nothing and I pay the full price.
I have provided the correct address, the mobile number of my wife, and they cannot deliver the flowers without the company name! And the fact that I missed the company name was partly mislead by their website's user-interface. And they ask me to pay the full price now. It is unfair and their attitude towards this problem also makes me a bit angry. Why should I pay someone to get me angry?
