Beschwerde lesen

I have visited the store to change some earlier purchased goods and to get some other instead. I have selected some of the new positions and by entering the changing cabines have been stopped by the staff person and offended by her - she wanted to restrict the access of my lady firned who was with me, which i can understand can be a small issue, but the way she was talking was absolutely unacceptable. I have been told, that " they have very bad experiences with foreigners" which especially in German has todays bad meaning "Ausländer" and she told me if I do not like it, i shall just disappear and get off. I have started to argue, requested the manager and her name, which all was only taken off by her. I am not so perfect in my German language, and yes, I am foreigner, living in Berlin since 6 year, I am Russian, and sorry, on the very first view i was as always expensive dressed, being dressed into clothing of few world high end brands, (Fabiana Filipi, Chanel gloves, etc) having my Valentino bag and the staff person wanted me even to get ticket for the cabine access even for this bag. I am sorry, but the behavior of this person was really very very unacceptable and I felt like being addressed as a thief. Simply this is not the way of the personal staff handling such shops.

I was not alone and was with my friend, she was witnessing everything and we did not wanted to create scandal directly there, i felt myself very bad that moment.

This is into the way the companies as ZARA should be teaching their people working for them to be in contact with the customers, I have purchased also so many goods in ZARA stores many times, as i am not the big fan of them, but use them to combine with my other brands I normally use, and feel like never to wish to buy anything from them

I had not time unfortunately to start the fight with them, because needed to rush to pick up my two little suns, but again, this is simply unacceptable-
