DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution GmbH & Co. KG (Aschaffenburg)
2 months and still waiting for boxes
I have ordered several packages to be shipped from Germany to Gothenburg, Sweden through Eurosender and they had this done by DPD. 2 of the packages were delivered and the other 3 were returned to Germany. I was both the sender and receiver and I don't live in Germany anymore.
I have been calling different DPD centers and customer service many times but it has been around two months that the boxes are stuck in Worms in Germany and no-one responds or acts. Now the online tracking shows that the second box is delivered somewhere in Worms (Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG - Zweigniederlassung IDC) and is not clear what has happened to it.
I have also sent emails to the depot167 in Worms but no one answers; contacting Eurosender doesn't help either as they say they are still waiting for the DPD response. Each person I talk to from DPD and Eurosender is redirecting me to someone else and no one takes the responsibility to solve this and send my boxes back to Sweden.
I have essential professional and personal items in them that I urgently need; in particular, warm winter clothes that are urgently needed here in Sweden. Who would take the responsibility if any health issue happens to me due to the cold weather and me not having proper clothes!
