I was so happy that I have extended my membership at Vodafone but just today at 18:00, you Call center worker who claims she is call L. A., ruined everything brutally. I have never felt so humiliated. That is why I have decided not to extend my membership with Vodafone. I will send the un-opened phone back and I also terminated my Kabel Deutschland internet connection. I will also send my complaint in written form to related departments. These are the actions that I am going to take care in my personal life. As an IT manager of a company which has 300 staff and 15 company cars, we were on the verge of signing a contract with Vodafone. This situation has also influenced my way of thinking about Vodafone, which I am planning to cancel our existing contracts with your company. The only reason I am writing this is not to get a better offer, instead, I want such people out from a powerful and respected company.
