Good afternoon I hereby make a claim, because in the past day 14-FEB-2015 19:39:01 made a reservation by internet and after being contacted 2 times because of my name and my husband be too large, has changed in the time the Dubai trip back to Zurich (Dubai Intl 23-FEB-2015 08:25 Emirates / EK 87 Zürich 23-FEB-2015 24:20) without our permission, and the time that I booked on the internet was on the plane of 16:15 with the return to the Zurich 20:05.
The problem was that so we can see the error when I was sent the emal with the plane ticket and the hotel reservation.
We contacted right away to LTUR and after many excuses said they could not p do anything because the ticket was already booked and that perhaps we could exchange the-counter Emirates at the airport. And so we did but the Emirates can not change the ticket because it reserved the LTUR but if LTUR changed me and my husband had place on the plane.
So as there is a balcony of LTUR at Zurich airport were again complain (and almost closing the check-in for my flight), the operated contacted the center of the company in Germany and was informed that currently can not do anything because it was Sunday but Monday or Tuesday me and my husband we were contacted by phone or by E-Mail.
Of course to get to Dubai were again Emirates to ask to change the flight that was a mistake, and they again said they had vague but that had to be the LTUR the exchange, and if i want to do in exchange we would have to pay for 500 CHF more person that gave in total over 1000 CHF.
Monday and Tuesday no one contacted me, then again contacted the center and reported that this can not do nothing at all we had to stay with the flight of the 23-FEB-2015 08:25 and we need to make a reclamation.

made the complaint with them.
What I ask is that I be returned for a refund for taking the time change of flight than to be at the airport dubai that time had to leave the hotel at 5 am (I have proof of the driver who took us to the airport), lost breakfast and lunch that are two meals unless I and my husband do not we enjoy.
So hopefully a contact on your part to solve this situation, because there was an exchange time of the aircraft and to change the schedule had to pay more 1000 CHF, which had already paid when I booked, I lost four meals because we are two adults (2 breakfast and two lunches) and the inconvenience of being at the airport at 5:30 in the morning when the plane was the 8:25.
