Although my family and I having been a long time and an "Emirates loving passenger blue card and skywards customer" for a lot of (9!) years, I really have to say: I’M very DISAPPOINTED of Emirates!

Your way of handling with good customers is completely dissatisfying.

6! months ago (in February), we booked your favorite trip to Dubai via Emirates for November: 4 persons to and from Frankfurt-Dubai.

Now, because of a major life event, suddenly it won't be possible for me to fly in November.

Bad enough, there was no other solution than transferring my ticket for another person or finally completely cancel it.

Because I can’t go and I want to be such good-natured, we decided to send my boyfriend’s brother in holiday by this ticket.

Never though that such a good and one of the world’s best airlines CAN’T CHANGE my flight TICKET IN ANOTHER PERSON. He won’t be taller, thicker or less pretty than me. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHY you can’t change this ticket?

All in all, we really had to CANCEL! my whole flight and ticket - thank god, we did’t have to cancel all the 4 tickets and the whole booking. And we had to book another NEW TICKET for my boyfriend’s brother – who will sit in THE SAME PLANE and perhaps AT THE SAME SEAT - my FREE SEAT!

The only response we get from Emirates is an E-Mail with a total refund amount of EUR97.21! Allow me to remind that ONE flight TICKET has cost EUR482.60! (booking confirmation GNLAN6).
AND the ADDITIONAL TICKET for my boyfriend’s brother was about EUR547.43! (booking confirmation L62MVF).

! So if you can add one and one together, Emirates get TWICE AS MUCH for THE SAME SEAT!

Our total amount was EUR2477.70 and it would be our sixth time in Dubai flying with Emirates.
I think there are no more words needed…
My or our personal conclusion is: THIS WAS our LAST FLIGHT WITH EMIRATES.
This is exploitation of passengers for no reason!
