after I fell ill with the flu I could not fly to Istanbul and cancelled my flight two days before the flight by calling opodo and asking for an invoice, which I need for my insurance. I got an E-Mail that my cancellation request has been received. After 3 more emails and 2 more phone calls (in total 3), I was told that I will receive an invoice, without success. The last call took one hour an I was just in the line and reconnected.
A travel company should be able to send a simple calcellation invoice. If this is not possible, I will never ever book via opodo anymore. I am really dissapointented and annoyed, and have also spent a considerable amount of money trying to reach the customer service.
