I booked with opodo for a business flight to Brussels (Ryanair & Brussels airlines). From Ryanair I receive a separate invoice (I am so grateful!), but not for Brussels airlines as this invoice has to be issued by the travel agency I booked with (opodo). I have spent hours and hours trying to get a hold of someone who can help me. No one seems to be capable to issue an invoice that my company accepts - they are not helpful at all.
To everyone wanting a refund for their business travels - NEVER book opodo!
