Am 21.09.2018 flog ich mit WOW-Air von FFM nach Keflavik, Flug-Nummer WW761.

Mein Gepäck wurde in Frankfurt stehen gelassen, ich war gezwungen, mir bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt Winterkleidung im Wert von 27980 ISK zu kaufen.

Diese stellte ich WOW-Air in Rechnung. Am 12.10.2018 erhielt ich die verbindliche Bestätigung per E-Mail, dass ein Betrag von 43,20 Euro auf mein Konto überwiesen werde. Dies ist bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt nicht geschehen.

Alle weiteren E-Mails wurden bislang einfach ignoriert!

An der Hotline hat man mich vertröstet.

Was kann ich tun?

Englisch Version:

I was flying with WOW-Air from FFm to Keflavik on the 21st Sep, flight-Number WW761 on booking-name"Illik".

Because Wow-Air forgot my luggage in Frankfurt-as you can see on the document from the WOW-Air- desk "delayed baggage"-I had to buy a warm wool-jumper and a wool-cap in Reykjavik. I had only my thin Sweatshirt plus my shirt on me, because that was the only cloth in my hand luggage. Warm cloths were in baggage.
That was far too cold by a temperature of 0 - 5 degrees.

So I had to buy in the Nordic Store, Laekjargata 2, 101 Reykjavík, the Hat for 3990 ISK and the "Freri" for 23990 ISK.
I ask you kindly to refund those two items completely which cost me in total 27980 ISK.

WOW-AIR confirmed a payment of 43,20 Euro on my bank account on the 12. Oct 2018 and told me it would take 10 - 12 weeks.

That was 23 weeks ago. I´m still waiting for the refunds.

I´d like kindly ask if you could accelerate the process and give me a feedback.
