I bought two mobile phones (Samsung Galaxy S6 - SMG920F) from Media Markt Köln in 13.02.2016. Last week, one of these phones started not to charge. And then it shut down by itself. I could not turn on the phone, It doesn't work.

I have tried to charge with another original Samsung charging device but there was no charging symbol on the screen. And I have also tried to turn on the phone by pushing on/off button with sound button combine. After all trials, nothing change.

When I contacted with Media Markt Köln Service, they wanted me to send the phone to Germany from Turkey, on condition of paying of recall back cost of cargo by me. I accepted it and therefore I sent the phone to Germany. But Customs bureae in Germany blocked the phone and demanded extra 125€ for custom cost. But Media Markt Koln did not accept this cost. And did not take the phone.

Now my phone is waiting in German customs. and nobody helps me. I can not recall the phone back to Turkey. What can I do? Why do I have to pay for Media Markt false? I trusted Media Markt as references in Turkey retailers and bought 2 mobile phones but I think I made a mistake. Köln Media Markt is so amateur for customer sevices. So I am not going to buy anything from Media Markt anymore, if customer services accept their fault and give my phone back. Could you share an e-mail or phone number of the authorized customer service of Media Markt in Germany? Best regards,
