I spoke yesterday (20.12.2013) several times with service desk of travel24.com and finally the employee told me that he should delete the wrong booking. But he did not, afterwards I got new bill of 1156,15 euro (see attachment 5vorflug. jpg) from 5vorFlug company. This is not acceptable for me and girlfriend. This is very easy way to earn money!

As you can see the booking page of travel24.com, it is very easy to make an booking.
After entering of button "Jetz Kaufen" is no more possible to change any entered data (see also next part of E-Mail repsonse:

Danach erschien unverzüglich die Anzeige "Vielen Dank für Ihren
verbindlichen Buchungsauftrag". Sie erhielten an Ihre angegebene
E-Mail-Adresse eine automatische Bestätigungsmail mit allen gebuchten
Daten.

I explain below again what is happend. I think there was an problem with the website or something else is happend. I have tried to book yesterday an trip to Belek and after entering my mastercard data I got an message "Vielen Dank für Ihren verbindlichen Buchungsauftrag" (Total price was 870 euro). But after 10 minutes I got an E-Mail that this booking was not performed through system error. That is the proof that your system has not functioning properly and occurs errors.
I did not booked this Trip (Buchung 12927595, Miracle Resort, see attachment 5vorflug_travel24. jpg) today (20.12.2013) or Yesterday (19.12.2013). The names of passenger are also not correct (see 5vorflug_travel24. jpg), if I have booked this trip why have I entered wrong data into passenger fields. But somebody from 5vorflug did called my girldfriend and told her that the booking information is not correct and my girlfriend thought this is about new booking (Buchung 1161466, see attachment lmx. jpg) and give her correct booking data to the employee. I have just booked and payed today with my credit card other Trip to Belek (Buchung 1161466). I want as soon as possible positive response and I hope you delete the wrong booking and the bill.
